The following Privacy Policy applies to Flexketolabs (hereinafter referred to as the “website” and/or “product”), more precisely to the description of the information processing for support of our product.
While working on our product, our primary intent is to create an effective tool that will improve the lives of our users. However, we have not overlooked the issue of protecting the privacy of everyone using our website. We take your privacy very seriously, and we will share what data we collect, and how we use it to make this process as transparent as possible.
This privacy policy is compliant with the provisions of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and meets safety standards applicable in the USA, while for the purposes of this policy, the term of “personal data” used was taken from the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What Information We Collect:
Information provided by the user
As a part of the onboarding while answering the questions and entering personal data (gender, age, educational degree, email address, financial status, etc. (please, see the list of questions in the Questionnaire section)) on the website for further construction of the personalized package, the user must read and accept this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions (according to the Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR). Whereupon the information is transmitted to us and stored in our database with legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations.

(!) Our product, unlike most others, does NOT use cookies and other similar technologies to provide services.
Why We Collect Personal Data
Going through the onboarding process, the user provides us with his/her personal data for:
- Adjustment of the content of the Service and providing content tailored to boost the user’s financial literacy depending on the Subscription chosen;
- Distribution of advertisement/promotional material and special offers;
- Effective administration of communication with the user (contacting, billing, etc.);
- Providing the user with an individual approach (quality assurance, task preparation, etc.).
The product only requests information/data relevant to its core functionality, and only collects and uses information/data that is required to accomplish the relevant task(s).
What Information We Collect:
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. However, we can employ or work with other individuals or companies to perform certain functions on our behalf. These service providers are granted access to the personal data needed to perform their functions but are prohibited from using personal data for any other purposes. We provide paid products and/or services within the Service. For this purpose, we use third-party services for payment processing (for example, payment processors). This information will be provided directly to our third-party payment processors. As a result of this processing, you will be able to make a payment for our Service, and we will be notified that the payment has been made and will provide you with our products and/or services. We will not store or collect your payment card details ourselves. We confirm that such access will be followed by the equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy.
In the case that data is transferred to third countries outside the European Union, it will follow all necessary legal regulations, which are intended to ensure adequate protection of the user’s data, which this user can view upon request.
Duration of Storage
We retain users’ personal data for as long as it is reasonably necessary for achieving the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy (including providing the Service to you) or until the user requests its deletion by contacting our Support Service [email protected]. Deleting your account means permanently deactivating your account from any subscription the user has purchased. If the user wants us to delete personal data from our system, the user must contact our Support Service and specifically request the erasure of personal data. In some cases, we may be legally required to keep some of the data for a specific time; in such an event, we will fulfill your request after complying with our obligations.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update and make changes to this Privacy Policy. Where we intend to process previously collected personal data for a new purpose(s), updated notice, and choice in accordance with applicable law will be provided.
